    Welcome to ImpaKt Media Works. These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines and expectations for using our services and collaborating with us. We believe in clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect, and this document reflects that commitment.

    1. About Us

    We are a digital growth and e-commerce solutions partner, helping brands scale through high-performance marketing strategies. Our services include:

    • Website Setup

    • Graphic Design & Brand Identity

    • Performance Marketing (Google, Meta)

    • Social Media Management

    • Video Production

    • CRM & Automation

    • Technical Content Writing

    2. Scope of Services

    Each project begins with a detailed discussion to align on objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. The service plan may include strategy, development, design, content, campaign setup, performance tracking, or more — as outlined in the proposal or agreement.

    3. Project Onboarding

    To kick off the project, we may require:

    • A written brief (email, form, or document)

    • Brand assets (logo, brand guidelines, references)

    • Platform access (Shopify, Meta, Google, etc.)

    • A discussion or onboarding call (if needed)

    We value smooth communication and mutual clarity at every step.

    4. Timeline & Delivery

    Timelines are mutually agreed upon based on project complexity. We strive to deliver on time; however, schedules may shift slightly due to approval delays, feedback loops, or scope changes. We will always keep you informed in such cases.

    5. Revisions

    Each deliverable includes a fixed number of revisions (usually 1–3 depending on the service). Revisions beyond that may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

    6. Payment Terms

    • Payment timelines are outlined in the proposal.

    • Payments are typically made in advance or split by milestones.

    • Preferred methods: UPI, bank transfer, etc.

    • Payment delays may lead to temporary project hold.

    • A proper invoice is shared for every payment cycle.

    7. Deliverables Ownership

    Upon full payment:

    • All final project assets (designs, code, content, creatives, etc.) will be handed over for your use.

    • We may feature the work in our portfolio or case studies unless requested otherwise.

    8. Confidentiality & Privacy

    We value your trust. All sensitive business data, brand strategy, and credentials shared with us are handled securely and kept strictly confidential.

    9. Client Responsibility

    Clients are expected to:

    • Provide accurate and timely feedback

    • Respond promptly to revisions, approvals, or data requests

    • Share relevant brand materials

    • Keep access credentials safe and notify us of changes when required

    10. Service Pause & Flexibility

    If you wish to pause the service for any reason, simply communicate it with us. We are flexible and can reschedule or realign the plan based on what works best for you.

    11. Communication

    We typically use:

    • Email (for briefs, deliverables, and updates)

    • WhatsApp or Slack (for quick check-ins)

    • Zoom/Google Meet (for scheduled calls or reviews)

    All progress is documented to ensure transparency.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including lost profits, data, or opportunities.

    13. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate service in case of breach of terms or unethical practices by the client.

    14. Updates to Terms

    These terms may be updated as we grow or expand our services. Any changes will be clearly communicated, and the updated version will always be available on our website or shared over email.
